Accountabilities:

• Prepare and manage the departmental budget as per sales budget.
• Ensure performance of the plants on all the indicators to meet business requirement (e.g. plant reliability).
• Oversee operations of production plants and filling facilities.
• Develop departmental objectives and KPI’s.
• Manage and supervise maintenance activities in the plants.
• Responsible for management of all facilities and ensure its proper housekeeping.
• Fulfil sales requirements as per supplier agreement and relationship with sales customers.
• Prepare reports in daily, monthly and quarterly basis for plants effectiveness.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as per management requirement.
• Develop and review production plants and filling facilities policies and procedures.
• Develop & update SHEQ standards applicable to operation and is accountable to the same.
• Utilize ERP system for production manufacturing & maintenance activities.
• Set employees’ objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• As a leader guide Site/Plant Managers to help achieve objectives.
• Consult with the Human resources to identify the training needs and organizes the training for staff.
• Lead by example to observe HSE rules and regulations.
• Identify hazards and employees’ safety concerns, and work with HSE Specialist to resolve them.
• Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Education:                  

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:                

3-5 years in a similar job

Computer Skills

PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications.

Languages:                 

Strong communication skills in English & Turkish

Location:

Kocaeli or Asian side of the Istanbul
