Accountabilities

• Work on-site diagnosing faults and overseeing time-critical repairs
• Involve in all stages of manufacturing, installation and commissioning process
• To incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant
• To reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns, and develop strategies to improve reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production process
• To promote the improvement of overall reliability, in addition to responding breakdowns
• Designing Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Methods
• Planning and Scheduling planned and unplanned work
• Diagnosing breakdown problems
• Carrying out quality inspection on jobs
• Directing, instructing and supervising Asst. Maintenance Engineer, Technicians, Mechanics, Electrician and AutoCAD technician
• Liaising with client departments and customers
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
• Communicate and work effectively within Gulf cryo values, policies and strategies
• Any other duties which from time to time may be required from within this role
• Responsible for designing/Installation/Erection & Commissioning of pipelines & Storage tankers customer side
• To coordinate with new customers and understand there requirements and prepare BOM and execute projects.
• Preventive maintenance schedule need to prepare yearly as well as monthly and follow in daily basis.
• Maintenance (CAPEX and OPEX) budget need to prepare year beginning and follow weekly basis.
• Necessary to provide daily basis work order and job list to all Technician and end of the estimate the output by the record.
• PR, RFQ, Work order, Capex document, daily activity list, monthly activity list, Monthly tools inspection list, Monthly reliability report, maintenance cost report with comparison graph need to prepare himself.

Job Requirements:

Education:

An Engineering degree with a major in a Mechanical discipline

Experience:

4-7 years’ experience as an engineering professional in gas related industry.
