Job Purpose:
Maintenance of cylinder records, reconciliation with customer and getting confirmation for holding of company assets.

Accountabilities:

• Posting of all delivery note and ECR.
• Ensure confirmation from customers periodically.
• Follow company policy and system.
• Maintenance of documents with regard to delivery, collection of empty cylinders and refilling
• Effective communication with customers and internal customer.
• Ensure timely preparation of ECR for the receipt of empty cylinders.
• Effective written communication with customer for cylinders’ reconciliation
• Maintenance of record for product outsource.
• Monthly transaction report of all rental customers.
• Visit to customer site for physical verification and confirmation.
• Plan collection of empty cylinders from non-trading customers.
• Monthly report of damage cylinders.
• Submission of copy of delivery note to finance.
• Check and verify security records with online record
• Communicate and work effectively within Gulf cryo values, policies and strategies.
• Lead by example to observe HSE rules and regulations.
• Identify hazards and employees’ safety concerns, and work with HSE Specialist to resolve them.
• Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:                  

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience:                

3+ years minimum of work experience related to CO2 and ASU Cryogenic.

Computer Skills

PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications.

Languages:                 

Language proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
