executives who continuously keep a close eye on all activities and steer Gulf Cryo
in the right direction. They help to set goals, manage optics and various verticals
of Gulf-Cryo while implementing them successfully.

Amer Huneidi
Since 1987, Amer Huneidi has held several positions within Gulf Cryo from Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Kuwait through to CEO, a role he assumed in 2018, to lead the company and continue its growth strategy. Amer has also served as the Chairman of the Gulf Cryo Board since 1998 and has been critical to the growth of the Company into the group it is today. He is a member on the board of a number of notable companies in the UAE and Europe, including IOMA Board of Director

Abdulsalam Al Mazro
- Mr.Al Mazro is the Chairman & CEO of the Al Mazro Group (MAZ HoldingCo.)
- He has over 30 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Supply Chain and Private Sector.
- He is a board member at Chemanol and is Chairman and Board Member of several international, global and SABIC affiliated companies.
- Mr.Al Mazro is a Serial Entrepreneur and a highly respected and recognised Senior Expert and Consultant in the Petrochemical Industry in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- He has a strong network in the KSA Governmental Ministry and Agencies such as MOCI, Petroleum, Health, Labor, MODON, Royal Commission .
- He is a Chemical Engineer and an MBA, he has attended several executive courses and seminars at Harvard, IMD, INSEAD and the London Business School.

- With over 27 years industrial gas experience in India and the Middle East, Jayaseelan joined Gulf Cryo in 2002 as plant manager for Arabian Gases Co.
- Previously he worked at Asiatic Oxygen Limited and Praxair in India holding a number of positions at various levels. His career with Asiatic Oxygen and Praxair was concluded by 4 major ASUs and filling stations.
- In December 2009, Jayaseelan was announced group VP Technical & Engineering for Gulf Cryo utilizing his years of experience to add value to the growth of Gulf Cryo's operation, technical and projects departments.
- He is a major success factor for our operations and projects, Led more than 5 on site projects ASUs, CO2 and more than 20 filling stations and acetylene plants across the group. holds degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Madras, India.

- With 20+ years of experience and a degree in Finance and Economics from Boston College, Lou joined Gulf Cryo in May 2022. Lou has group responsibility for Gulf Cryo’s finance organization, including FP&A, Controllership & Accounting, Treasury, and Tax, as well as our financial transformation as we position for the future.
- His prior experience includes 12 years with Xylem, lastly based in Switzerland, in the dual roles of Vice President and CFO for the Water Infrastructure Segment—a global leadership position for Xylem’s largest operating segment and the European Commercial Team. Prior to Xylem, Lou also spent 12 years with General Electric, first as a member of their financial management program, and then with the corporate audit staff, before assuming a series of finance leadership roles with diverse business units all over the world.
- Louis offers Gulf Cryo a global and multi-industry background with both a wide breadth and depth of knowledge in business strategy, performance management and improvement, corporate governance, accounting, financial reporting, and people & team development. He is a hands-on leader, equally comfortable with our customers and the board as he is working internally with the team.
- Louis is a champion of Gulf Cryo’s sustainability drive, helping us and our customers to decarbonize the region through our strategic investments and partnerships. He is also a key driver of our internal digital and diversity initiatives.

- With over 6 years project management, procurement and administration experience in the Middle East, Rami joined Gulf Cryo in 2013 and currently serving as Head of Procurement for the whole group.
- In February 2015, Rami was announced Deputy General Manager for Gulf Cryo Turkey to reshaping the business of the region and add value through transformation of processes.
- In April, 2017, he has been moved to Project Management Office as PMO Manager to serve a strategic player within Gulf Cryo to manage and accomplish strategic projects.
- In January, 2018, Rami has been moved to procurement division and currently working as a Head of Procurement to achieve the group objectives and strategy and align the outcome of the procurement with the organization's overall business goals.
