WHAT IS O2 FOR AQUACULTURE?

O for aquaculture is the injection of pure oxygen into water specifically for fish farming. It is a proven solution for reliable fish production as the oxygen concentration can be controlled. A pure oxygen system is required if there is an increased water temperature, reduced water availability, a decline in oxygen concentration, in eco-friendly aquaculture installations where 90% of the water is re-circulated, in systems preventing ozone pathogenic microorganisms, and in emergencies where power or water flow is cut off. With a pure oxygen system optimum growth conditions are maintained which guarantees faster fish growth and a larger size of fish, as well as decreased mortality rates.
