Day-to-day customer interaction (counter sales, invoicing, cash transaction and customer queries).

Accountabilities

• Input all orders received in ERP system.
• Creation of all customer profiles in ERP system.
• Monitor and input pricing of products to customers.
• Stock counting, cash transactions, and housekeeping.
• Administration of invoices, stock, cash, product labelling, etc.
• Manual handling to aid customers and stocking.
• Maintain the reporting deadlines.
• Provide customer or sales information as required.
• Fulfil all CRM requirements.
• Report immediately all incidents, accidents, unsafe condition to the immediate supervisor.
• Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development.
• Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
• Comply with company policies and procedure.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience, at least minimum 2- 3 years
• Degree/ Diploma holder
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic to deal with customers.
