Job Purpose:
• The position is responsible for supporting commercial sales effectiveness for nominated Sales accounts within the designated territory assigned by the Sales Account manager / Sales Director. • Responsible for optimizing business revenue level through working on achieving established objectives and sales targets within area of designation. This comprises key responsibility for the acquisition of new sales and continues support with the retention of existing clients.

Accountabilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
• Provide input to CRM system to achieve optimum system utilization
• Focus on sales quota, new business development & building customer relationships
• Contact existing accounts and develops new prospects
• Resolve any invoice discrepancies, review and respond to changes in customer needs.
• Responsible for establishing pricing and securing new business
• Improve the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions and new product launches.
• Secure long term relationship by negotiating supply agreements
• Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads using CRM tool and meeting/exceeding sales metrics
• Conduct competitive intelligence
• Demonstrate products to new account customers
• Maintain adequate number of sales visits to customers and develop and submit visit reports.
• Support and assist the collection team to hit the targeted DSO.
• Coordinate deliveries with Distribution Department.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacy background.

Experience:  

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Computer Skills:

Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Oracle and CRM, e-tracking experience is a plus.

Languages:   

Strong communication skills in English language is required. Arabic is a plus.
