The board of directors jointly control and captain the activities of Gulf Cryo.They
are the principle backbone of the company, deciding key strategies and processes to
implement, to ensure the company's prosperity. The board meets on a quarterly a
basis to agree on strategic decisions and ensure resources are available to achieve
organisational goals and review Gulf Cryo’s performance.

Amer Huneidi
Since 1987, Amer Huneidi has held several positions within Gulf Cryo from Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Kuwait through to CEO, a role he assumed in 2018, to lead the company and continue its growth strategy. Amer has also served as the Chairman of the Gulf Cryo Board since 1998 and has been critical to the growth of the Company into the group it is today. He is a member on the board of a number of notable companies in the UAE and Europe, including IOMA Board of Director

Abdulsalam Al Mazro
- Mr.Al Mazro is the Chairman & CEO of the Al Mazro Group (MAZ HoldingCo.)
- He has over 30 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Supply Chain and Private Sector.
- He is a board member at Chemanol and is Chairman and Board Member of several international, global and SABIC affiliated companies.
- Mr.Al Mazro is a Serial Entrepreneur and a highly respected and recognised Senior Expert and Consultant in the Petrochemical Industry in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- He has a strong network in the KSA Governmental Ministry and Agencies such as MOCI, Petroleum, Health, Labor, MODON, Royal Commission .
- He is a Chemical Engineer and an MBA, he has attended several executive courses and seminars at Harvard, IMD, INSEAD and the London Business School.
